Supporting Montana Producers

By purchasing locally raised and grown meat, dairy, eggs and produce, consumers are supporting our Montana neighbors. It’s just one of many positive impacts. Here at 2J’s Fresh Market, we know who produces the fresh products we all love and it helps keep money spent in our state.

Montana Coffee Traders

Since 1981, Montana Coffee Traders has been roasting arabica coffees at their vintage farmhouse, landmarked by an iconic chuck wagon just south of Whitefish, Montana. 2J’s carries a large variety of Montana Coffee Traders whole-bean coffees, which can be ground fresh in-store!

Smoot Honey

Smoot Honey Company is a family owned and operated business located in North Central Montana. Their production area covers about 5,000 square miles over which are spread about 5,500 colonies of bees! It’s a heart-and-soul operation we’re happy to support; we stock convenient pre-packaged honey but also have it warm, on tap!

Lifeline Farm

Lifeline Farm is located in Victor, Montana, just 32 miles south of Missoula. Centered in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana, they produce amazing milk and cheese products. We have many of their handcrafted dairy products here, including their famous “Montzerella” and “Montana Jack” cheeses!

Nourishing Cultures

One of the biggest sources of pride for the folks behind Made-in-Montana Nourishing Cultures kombucha is that they source ingredients locally. Almost all of their teas come from local shops including Lake Missoula Tea Company and Montana Tea and Spice Trading. The vegetables come from local farmers. We carry a rotating variety of flavors on tap, the freshest way to enjoy the health benefits of kombucha!
