Rib roasts are one of the most tender cuts available and all 2J’s beef rib roasts are USDA Choice Certified Angus Beef. We cut, season, and tie all roasts to order.

These roasts are easy to prepare by following a few simple steps. Then once the roast is in the oven it requires little attention.

Rib roasts may be cooked to any doneness, but for optimum flavor and tenderness, cook medium-rare to medium.

What you need:

  • 1 (16 to 18 pound) fresh turkey
  • A roasting pan and rack (flat or v-shaped)
  • An internal probe thermometer
  • Cooking oil or spray
  • Aluminum foil
